Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, assisting with customer support, and performing various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. *This job requires some flexibility and afternoon hours are required, approximately 2-8pm. Saturdays approx 7:30am-2pm required. If you cannot work these hours, please do not apply*
Duties:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
-Team player & able to function in fast paced environment
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment-wiping, vacuuming, swiffer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
